Shun Griffin, LCSW 121497

Shun works with adults ages 18 and older and has a special interest in supporting older adults. While he welcomes clients from all backgrounds, he is particularly passionate about working with individuals whose faith or spirituality serves as an important source of strength and support.

Shun also enjoys working with men, recognizing the unique mental health challenges they often face due to societal expectations, stigma, and biological factors. These challenges can make it more difficult for men to seek help, despite increased risks of depression, substance use, and suicide. As Shun shares, "I commend men when they decide to try therapy because I understand how difficult it can be to seek help."

In addition, Shun supports clients navigating life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. He provides compassionate, thoughtful care while drawing on clinical expertise to help clients identify meaningful goals, gain new perspectives, and develop practical tools to overcome life's challenges. His goal is to empower each client to move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.

Shun welcomes clients ages 18 and up. Shun's specialties include but are not limited to: PTSD, Men's Issues, Anxiety, Anger Management, Grief, Panic/Phobias, and Christian Counseling.
