Monica is passionate when working with each individual client and will modify her therapy approach to what would benefit each client best to assist them to reach their treatment goals. Monica provides therapy to support clients who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger management, eating disorders, family conflict, adjustment to life changes, and psychosis. Monica provides talk therapy and enjoys incorporating art, music, play, nature, and exercise when appropriate for children.
