As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where my clients can freely process their past, learn skill to cope with the present and work towards creating fulfilling and meaningful lives. My approach is client centered, and compassion focused and I love supporting my clients to develop self compassion so they can effectively cope with their challenges, realize their worth, improve self esteem and take back control of their lives. My approach is warm and compassionate and I enjoy working with clients who are navigating difficult life transitions, anxiety, depression, school/work issues, self criticism, and childhood trauma/attachment wounds. Everyone’s needs are unique so I tailor my approach to meet my clients where they are, using DBT, CBT, compassion focused therapy, and experiential methods such as therapeutic art and Chairwork.
